1. Everything here is AI generated

Oviya is a synthetic media studio. The models, scenes, and finished frames it creates are not photographs of real events. They are generated by AI from the product images you upload. We do not present AI output as an unedited photograph.

2. The visible label

• On by default. Every still you download or export for a marketplace carries a visible "AI generated" mark in the corner, on by default. It is legible and easily noticeable, and sized to the image.
• Your responsibility if you remove it. You can turn the visible mark off for a given download, but under India's IT Rules you must display a prominent AI-generated label when you publish AI imagery. Removing it is your choice and your responsibility.

3. Embedded, traceable provenance

Separate from the visible mark, every generated still carries a content-provenance manifest embedded in the file itself (a com.drape.generation record, written into the JPEG/PNG metadata). It records that the file was AI generated and ties it to the generation event. This travels inside the delivered bytes on the direct download and on every marketplace export (Amazon, Myntra, Meesho), so the provenance is not just a visible overlay that can be cropped away.

4. What Indian law requires

India's Information Technology Rules require that synthetically generated visual information carry a prominent, easily noticeable label and traceable metadata, and that platforms and users disclose AI-generated imagery prominently when it is published. Oviya provides both the visible label (on by default) and the embedded provenance so you can meet that obligation. When you publish, keep the label on.
